  • Andy Baker, Lead Pastor

    Andy says that the consuming purpose of the church should be to do, say and act out the life of Christ. Andy and his wife Jenn have been married over 15 years and have 5 children, and had previously been involved with youth ministry for over 20 years before becoming Senior Pastor in June 2016.

  • rick esquivel, worship pastor

    Rick has over forty years of experience leading worship in various settings, having been Worship Pastor at L.V. for twenty of those. He oversees the worship & arts community at L.V. with a view to helping individuals realize the callings and giftings God has placed in them. His desire is allow The Holy Spirit to direct every service, and for all to be able to enter into God’s presence through corporate worship. He has a passion to see young people trained and raised up as worshippers, leaders, and musicians. 


    He and his wife Mary have been married over 40 years, and have two daughters and grandchildren in whom they take much delight! In addition to music and worship, Rick enjoys gardening, snorkeling, beach combing, walking their dogs, reading, and Star Trek movies.

  • clayton gilbert, youth pastor

    Clayton has been involved in youth ministry for over 6 years, both at the Lakeland Vineyard and also at First Presbyterian Church of Lakeland. He has lived in Lakeland his entire life and is a recent graduate of Southeastern University. His desire is for the youth to question their faith and their parents’ faith in order to enable them to make it their own.

  • jamie & jenn heuslein, children's pastors

    Jamie and Jenn Heuslein are passionate about raising this generation to be people who love others and pursue God. They are honored to love and teach the greatest treasure, your children. They live in Mulberry with their three children. Jamie teaches engineering at George Jenkins High School and Jenn is a labor birth coach/doula.
